The International Nanny Association has drafted a generic nanny and family agreement. This agreement should enable both the nanny and the family to reach a tangible agreement as to the terms of the nanny's services and the obligations of the employing family. The agreement covers topics, such as salary, insurance, benefits, and tax considerations.
